Anyone who is not overweight can play soccer and be good at it, the only skill you need is to be able to kick a ball around.
Try running 20 mph with 50 pounds of protection on while rambling through 10 people trying to toss your ass to the ground as hard as they can then catching a ball breaking 40mph and then running another 80 yards. That takes actual skills and STRENGTH, thing about soccer is you really don't need any sorta upper body strength to play it and thats the reason so many pussies play it.

I think it has something to do with the fact most of the countries that are really big into soccer don't have big hills and while they might call Americans fat asses most Americans are not, most Americans are built like freaking trucks.

Could you imagine someone who grew up in Western Pa and WV who spent their whole lives walking up and down mountains and working out playing soccer and miss firing a kick into someone from Europe's gut? I bet I could kick straight through a person from across the ocean...

Soccer is really only popular because it is the cheapest sport to play. Even impoverished kids in Bangladesh and Africa can play since all you really need is a ball and a couple sticks marking the goal.

it's not a pussy sport because weak people play it. it's a pussy sport because an accepted element of the sport is falling to the ground and acting like a pussy even though nobody touched you and you're perfectly fine

There are pussy sports and then there are PUSSY sports. At least in other non-contact sports like golf and badmitton, you don't have people faking injury and crying like a little bitch to try and gain advantage. That's what makes soccer a PUSSY sport. It really does set it apart from all others in that respect.

Lol, if your 6"5, over 200 pounds and black you can be a professional NFL player with little to no work. There's a reason one of the best soccer players in the world is tiny, it's because he's very skilled with the ball and if you claim it takes no skill? I don't know if you are flaming or simply that naive. Anyway, you're welcome to try to take a ball away from even a US professional player.

On my travels into other countries I could ALWAYS point out an American only because they were always built better, stronger, taller.
You can't have a bunch of tiny people playing real sports they would get slaughtered.

But there are plenty of other sports the wimps could play. Soccer really is only the "most popular sport in the world" because it's so damn cheap that dirt farmers in Asia don't have to give up 3 months salary to play like if they took up golf.

Football is still probably cheaper then a soccer ball.. Padding never stopped me from playing full contact, maybe we got a few broken bones here or there but still..
