Resists were changes for a balance issue, an issue that at the very root of pvp causes a problem, a universal problem too, not one that is only experienced by people who don't have a particular item. I have no problem pvping against people in AoN form. Bring a whole army of AoN people, no problem. I would have a problem with getting rooted and blinded @ 125MR. I still have a problem never being able to land Calefaction on people at almost any point in time. I resisted it myself with only 40FR. That is a serious mechanics issue, not a simple inconvenience of character model.

thank you, my only point was that everyone agrees unclassic changes are sometimes acceptable if it affects PvP enough

the only question then is how influential or not is AoN here, and i could see arguments both ways on that

I'm about 100% sure it was because the skeleton model was revamped with Luclin. Likewise, velious dire wolf model (without nameplate) was revamped, and gained a nameplate.

In all seriousness.. If this is your argument for AoN then why the non classic argument for recharging. If we are going to say hey aons are staying classic just play better.. Then can we revisit some of the previous custom changes like recharging

among those other models were the skeleton and wolf models

the drakkel wolf model was changed from this:

a few weeks into the expansion, they updated the original skeleton model to have a nameplate to be more in-line with the newer updated model

if you think that change had anything to do with PvP server balance regarding AoNs, may god have mercy on your incredibly retarded soul
