Although only a personal example:

a co leader of TMO called Durison and his wife Fefifofum stripped a bunch of TMO guild bank toons and accounts they had access to and RMTed it off as they quit and TMO leadership tried to supress this infomation instead of been open to what happened for fear of reprisal considering they as a guild had just come off the MQ delevel punishment (bunch of toons were deleveled for people using MQ in their guild).

Rogean has already shown he has no problem with dragging TMO through the mud long before the Empire call out of 2015 post. So I don't think the GMs would hesitate to make it public knowledge if TMO officers were RMTing and I think the level of scrutiny they have all been under is more than adequate for any but the most desperate trolls.
