Serious enough that the day it was formed, the Awakened guild forums were going nuts with Taken idiots all in a tizzy about the potential loss of pixels. It was good stuff

It is misleading and unfortunate that a number of things Awakened sells on their recruitment thread isn't completely honest. The no alliance "benefit" was the reason I applied to them. Being able to stand on your own as a guild is a matter of pride. Kill the target with what you have or die trying. I come from a guild like that. Being willing to suck up that pride and do anything necessary to secure a kill, while pragmatic, is shameful, and should be, for everyone in that guild. Particularly when you specifically state your that guild does not share kills.

I feel sad for you that all raiding is is loot for you. If you dont enjoy it you should stop playing EQ and move on with your life.

Pretty good. Just watching Awakened get faced because the GL decided to passive aggressively RnF in his very first guild thread post by making a rule that they had no intentions of enforcing while also attempting to be funny.
