Your argument is very logical but the stated rules have nothing to do with the issue. If any other guild than Apex so blatantly and regularly violated the rules against zone dispruptions by swarming in CoM they would be suspended. At the same time, if Apex raptured another guild's bard in CoM they would not be suspended. This is all about Apex and the corrupt management. All rules are enforced if they benefit Apex. No rules are enforced if they don't. You can safely assume that the same Apex bards will continue to swarm every day in CoM with no interference even though the zone is clearly disrupted. Just don't try to do so yourself if you are in another guild. The GMs are laughing at you.

I just stated how I think it should work. Whether or not there is favoritism is another issue and really isn't up to debate. Either it is corrupt or it isn't.

Daybreak has said that they aren't saying no to a PvP TLP server, but they just need to see more online interest in one. They said that if people want it then they wanna see alot of traction either on Reddit or on their forums. The issue with that is in order to post on their forums you have to subscribe and make the monthly payment. Someone get a big discussion going somewhere and let's see what happens. They also said that it isn't profitable to make a server for only 300 people, they would need to see closer to 3000 interested.
