Oh and to the people bitching about "it gives them an unfair disadvantage, I have 2 points.

1. Yes, intelligence, creativity, and time invested is and should be a fair advantage.

2. A level 60 with Vanilla gear and none of their dropped spells won't be soloing much in Kunark that can't be done by a few 51/52s. If you can think of a camp, lemme know.

Someone boosting to 60 on Day 1 wouldn't have any major advantage except they got the grind over - oh and bragging rights.

We already have camps being monopolized by guild groups and casuals can't muster the force to even attempt to challenge them at this point.

Is their number of people, organization, and planning an unfair advantage that they got these camps first?

With Devs like this we would have no RZ sleeper kill, no fansy the bard, no server-specific culture worth writing about.

We're left with an impoverished server culture of "book not up" "grats bladefrenzy" and other trash-tier players doing trash-tier things.

My guess is that this is the root of why the management did this and not for any 'classic experience'. Once the month ban is lifted, the guilds can then level their pleasure alts as normal with the loot they've been camping ahead of everyone else for that month.

I didn't care for the "this is why we can't have nice things" dig, as if P99's middle class is the problem here but hey it's free.
