Yeah man. It sucks to be a highly evolved 2cnd dimensional being. But these guys can't come up into the 3rd dimension without our help and the love of God. Just like we can't just storm the 4th and 5th dimensions.

So to prevent us from killing each other poisoning the planet with radiation they stopped moving forward with their almost 100 year long "world war's" idea.
