A driver's Lisence is NOT the only valid form of photo ID.

Oh no, it absolutely has been used an excuse. Human nature. Spousal abuse increased during lockdowns and the trying times were probably used to excuse their actions. But even little things, like not going to visit the in-laws. It's the currency of the day and everyone's rich.
