When rolling an Ogre Warrior, is it recommended to put 25 points into STA, or should you go with 25 points into DEX, like the War wiki page recommends? Or something else? Would love to hear arguments.

stamina will be maxed out with gear so you are wrong and probably never raided ever dex on the other hand cannot be maxed by an ogre warrior with velious gear a BIS warrior will have around 210-216 dex with 255 in both strength and stamina with end game velious gear, both strength and stamina are super easy to max plus warriors have one of the (if not the highest) starting stamina and strength in the game. No one bothers to put starting points in charisma as a warrior, only monks would do that if they're going down the super min max route where they become a pull monkey lol

The trick with warriors is you need to try to achieve negative dexterity. You want to aim for -100.
This ensures you waste as little dex as possible gotten from buffs (+355 from dex/FoS/PE/VoG/Avatar/Boon). A big part of being a warrior is to ask for buffs from as many players as possible and this strategy plays in to that.
