"Your argument is so thin, I am not going to waste any time addressing it. I mean, I could totally defeat it in one sentence. However, I would rather take 3 sentences to explain why I won't waste my time..."

Why are shotguns available for 18 year olds and they're allowed to drink at 21?

You guys are too funny trying to interpret Thomas Jefferson's tea leaves to decide what's good for today's society
The reason for this is historical. The majority of states are against gun registries. If you had to take a test and receive a license, that is basically a gun registry at that point. The government would have a list of every person who owns a gun, or who is thinking about owning a gun because they received a license.

The reason why gun registries are bad is because the government NOT knowing who has guns is a security measure against tyranny.

The Supreme Court also ruled against New York's hand gun public carry licensing law, so I doubt you will see any Gun tests/licensing in the near future.

The same people that promote gender ideology in kids and adults as some normal healthy and sane thing that totally abides by natural law also wants to remove guns from totally sane normal people who live within natural law.

Reducing the greatest human document in history to "tea leaves" is pretty dumb.

This convo ended when I brought up wine, cigs, and personal cars.

"But many people find utility and enjoyment in those things."

"But I am responsible."

Guess you just don't care about all those dead people.

Get dunked on. You have no answer.

No constitution, there is no debate to start with.

Jefferson was an anti-federalist tho. Loved the frogs.

Therefore you are a confederate and I can throw rotten fruit at you online.
