Once again, it is ridiculous to claim that wasting time isnt a death penalty. If it was like on Rallos, then youd have to med for ~10 mins between each fight if youre soloing. If youre not a caster, you have to "rush" like vroom instant-like back to the zone where pvp happened.

server pop will continue to hemmorage until only the ppl that actually will be playing this box are like 10-20 complete no-lifers like darwoth

then there will be like 15 or so rando bloob converts that are playing not because of pvp but only because they wanted legacy item like guise

in due course the latter group will realize the extent of their life's ambitions peaked at looking "super sick" with dark elf illusion on their half elf ranger named "Xxsephirothxxdrizzydrakexx" and commit suicide

this is actually spot on. I think love came to that realization.

To get this thread back on track:

I think the server left a bad taste in peoples mouth with no guard assist and a lot of congestion and griefing shit.

Now it's much better and community is better and more fun. A lot probably feel like "Oh it's too late there is already 50's farming stuff".

As Holocaust has proven just because olks have been 50 and farming a lot of shit doesn't mean you cant catch up and stomp faces.

They should come back imo it's not near over but some act like it is, NO HEART.

I'm leveling a rogue which is a bitch with low pop but I still want to get end-game and pvp for loots and stuff.

People are like "Oh I'm not first to 50, server over." like come on.

The journey is the destination. PVP for pvp's sake, just like Classic. Youd sometime get a drop out of someone who didnt bag, but it wasnt the main purpose of pvp.
