No - one C&D letter from Sony and that's probably going to be it. How "valid" the case would be doesn't matter.

P99 has received multiple C&D letters. Probably could have funded EQmac for 2years with the stamps alone.

Really? News to me. I'll have to take your word on it, unless Rogean/Nilbog comment. I guess it'd be whatever is past a C&D letter then - as in, when they actually got a court summons or something.

they have posted about the C&D letters before, I'm not sure how long ago the last one was, but they (p99) made it clear they've received a good amount.

Apparently the legal department of Sony/EQ whatev sends them whenever they deem anything to even be remotely questionable.

However, If they found that people were making money off this server and they weren't getting their cut, i'd imagine the whole thing would get shut down pretty fast. They'd just need a decent amount of proof.
