He is and we are raiding velious content atm no luclin/pop gear allowed or aa's. Can lvl up to 60 where ever you want.

KEI rarely wins raids. It does however make the game less of an enormous time sink... which isn't challenging at all, just boring.

It actually does a big difference in raids where cleric mana regen is an issue (this happens alot in velious). You guys probably use the luclin mod rods too (3 charges), aegolism, etc, etc. Yeah real velious challenges....

iirc C2 was 10 mana regen and KEI was 14. So at a 4 regen difference, you need 10minutes to gain an extra CHeal. I mean it helps but it very rarely is going to tip the scales.

PoP mod rods < Velious mod rods. Rods which have no recast timer owned. Pretty sure they added timers onto all mod rods once they made the mass mod rod ones.... plus they made them no drop so you can't pile them at clerics feet.

Luclin was released December 4th, 2001

The group version is Luclin... but that is pretty irrelevant, just need tanks buffed with Aego since much of velious was just melee-based, not many AEs.

Luclin mod rods had no recast time, 3 charges, and you could have a regular mod rod with it too. Sorry, didn't play in PoP. Don't know nothing about your recast time talk. Aegolism is velious, nice, big surprise.

Other than Kael, all of velious is AoE based. Alot of AoE in velious.
