This is a chicken or egg issue. You think conservatives by the tens of millions have been avoiding higher education because of the risk of contamination by exposure to the other, whereas I just think ignorant and disenfranchised people are easily swept up by a Mussolini-esque demagogue who offers easy answers to complicated problems.
Holy shit was that a reasonable argument involving some actual thought and not just pointless name calling from Horza? I had to check the avatar a few different times out of disbelief

No he didn't because it's not happening.
Joe Biden doesn't have the nads to stack the court like he should, that or "berate" the conservative justices in the oval office, preferably with a heavy object

All I'm saying is that if you're upset at the possibility of stacking the courts, look no further than ol' Mitch

How would that differ from a conservative president if he stacked the court to make it conservative, or berated the progressive justices because they're not ruling the way he wants them to?

He also doesn't want to, just like the student loan thing and weed I guess.

He shouldn't want to. It sets a bad and possibly dangerous precedent. If one president did it why can't another, and then another?

Like eliminating the filibuster. It may get you what you want now but it will come back to bite you in the ass later.

Well, I don't see much of a tangible difference between a conservative democrat and a conservative republican, so I am the wrong one to ask. I'd not have a supreme court at all. I do not think there is really such a thing as a progressive judge, in American terms this is a misnomer. There's just right wing and slightly less right wing.

It's lost now but I did look up US rape numbers 2019 and number of abortions.

It was something like 5k vs 600k.
5000 seems like a lot?

I'm personally waiting to hear the legal reasons why Roe vs Wade is overturned, if it is. The one singular leaked opinion isn't all of it. There has to be a sound, constitutional reason for it to be overturned, not just tossing out a word salad to justify a moral decision not a legal decision.

And to think, Ooloo complains about hyperbole hehe
Haha what do you think an abortion is? Especially in more radical states like colorado where you can literally kill a baby up until the moment of birth.

Hint: they cut it into pieces and throw it in the garbage. Use all the happy-sounding euphemisms like "womens healthcare" (lol) you want.
