We'd like to start turning on Bonus EXP more often for occasions such as holidays.

So, to start this off, we have turned on a 25% EXP Bonus from now until the end Memorial Day.

About Red99: EXP Bonus scaling has been added. The Bonus will scale from 100% at Level 1 to 0% at Level 50. (100 - (Level * 2)).

EXP Loss on PvP Death has been removed.

XP Bonus has been bumped up to 1.5 from 1.25.
