The problem is that the reverse can be true for lazy out of shape America: “I got the vaccine, therefore I don’t need to take as much care of myself physically to be safe from covid”

I think if there was no vaccine there would have been more of a National (and maybe even worldwide) movement to quit bad habits like excessive smoking/drinking, and to keep one’s weight within healthy ranges

But maybe that’s just me being whimsical…
