More like pvp is so totally un balanced the other people really never had a chance not due to their lack of skill but the games lack of balancing classes for pvp as it was never intended to be a pvp game.

must be retarded... i stated that it was me vs 5... one of those 5 was a monk of equal gear and level to me. meaning just a 1v1 alone i should have died, but it was 1v5 and i made 4 of them plug. what are you confused about still ill try to explain it

Its PVP blows EQ's away, and I like EQ PVP. Like Tasslehoff mentioned, the biggest problem with Red99 is the playerbase itself. Way too much nerd machosim going on there. I don't want to be called a faggot because I got jumped by 3 people in North Karana. I guess I'm just too weak.

If you want to play a classic MMO that was actually designed with PVP in mind and has some really great mechanics, I'll be on Uthgard when it relaunches.

i played DAOC for a year when it was released, not a bad game but EQ pvp is way better. dont let people jump you, if you see people you dont know, be ready to gate or plug. your own fault for dying
