Thumbs up

Short story.

I was playing a 32 Paladin the other day, I logged in and advertised LFG on global ooc and guild chat. Two druids around level 30 wanted to join. Great. Over the next 20 minutes we picked up a shaman, a enchanter and a cleric. We had unrest all to ourselves. Starting in the fireplace room we quickly cleared all of the mobs including the ph for barkeep, undead knight, and the magi and also clearing the reanimated hand. We cleared all the mobs and our biggest down time was waiting for repops, after a few rounds of upgrade loots we decided to try basement. A slow march, technically the "crawl" we all dream about to the undead dwarf at the bottom. We managed to clear all the mobs and eventually set up camp in his room laying claim to the entirety of unrest at level collecting upgrade drops along the way for members of our guild <Fresh>.

If that is not a everquest experience we all can appreciate I do not know what is nor is it a world that I want to live in.

(grief disclaimer** There was none and this is not rare, we did encounter pvp a number of times over the week leading up to this but were usually able to regroup after a bit and on other occasions chase the would-be PK away**)

I took out a group of 2 gearless newbs in Nek and took their measly handful of gold. Feels good man.

I'm being handed a special report as we speak.

This just in. Red server has been confirmed to be hundreds of times more fun and superior than the blue server. Blue server refugees have been seen traveling in droves to the red server borders. Many have been reported to be enjoying the ruthless killing of fellow players. I'm now being told that the blood of Noraths dragons has been spilled so frequently on the red server that crews of gnomish clockworks have been contracted to clean the landscape.
It's amazing. Its something that this blue server reporter has never seen nor heard before. Its grizzly stuff people. Keep that dial locked in there will undoubtedly be more to report.
