installed v36 and still getting spell files are outdated message
update I restored cpu back to last time I played p99 in November and attempted to install patch and I am still getting error message spell files are out of date someone please help!!! | ||

Download failed
I am not able to download this file for some reason. It keeps saying download failed, and then it finally works but won't let me open the file. Says it is damaged.

If you're having problems logging in with the latest patch, one thing to try that comes to mind might be to go back a few patches and apply them in order consecutively. So apply 34, then 35, and then 36.
Although I'm almost positive that the patches are cumulative, and should not require doing this. Perhaps for some reason it might help in this case though.

Turns out trying it on another pc fixed my problem. When I tried downloading it on another pc, the virus protector notified me why it was failing, but it didn't tell me why on my pc, just failed. So i disabled my virus protector and it works. Now i'm just waiting for my copy of everquest titanium to get delivered. I tried with everquest platinum, which has the correct expansions but apparently doesn't work with p99. So i'll be waiting 5-7 more days for the delivery lol
