It may not be as hopeless as it seems. My druid is also KoS with just about every city (save Ak'Anon) and most druid epic quest NPCs, but I was able to complete it. Most of the druid epic turn ins can be done at indifferent. I was even KoS to Xanuusus for the final turn in. All you need is a friend who can cast invisiblity on you. Here's how to do it:

1) Cast Harmony on the NPC you want to do a turn in with.
2) Slowly approach the NPC. You want to be close enough to trade, but far enough that they won't aggro you through Harmony.
3) Put all your quest turn-ins in the trade window.
4) Have a friend cast invisibility on you.
5) Confirm the NPC cannot see invis. /consider and ensure that you are indifferent.
6) Click 'Give'.
