Seal Team Exploiting Classic Item Recharging

Some items in real classic could be only be recharged with 1 use regardless of ow many uses it normally has. I wouldn't doubt this was one of them.

I know when they nerfed pummice stones my SK on rallos was trying to find a way to get more use out of the golem metal wands but they would recharge at 1 use instead of 5.

Yes it is awesome, yes it is powerful, but no it's not an issue of competition, it's an issue of being incredibly cheesy and arguably against the spirit of classic and arguably somewhat detrimental to game.
