Body cam footage of Fousey being detained. It appears his security/manager wanted him Baker Acted, he right away used those words to the police when they met the manager first

Manager was only saying how Fousey was not right in the head and off his meds. The cops you can tell are reluctant about this whole situation. So far there is no threat to others or evidence of mental illness. So they ask Fousey’s manager to present evidence that he’s off his meds. This is for the evidence of mental illness criteria. Information on the medication, diagnosis, and current symptoms, are what they need here

Then they ask how is he a danger to self or others, and the manager doesn’t have a good explanation. But Fousey is in there running his mouth, expressing at times what appears to be delusions of grandeur. He then makes a clear threat to stab a man in his neck down to his penis, a man who he says he doesn’t know what he looks like. He’s describing one of the people stalking and SWAT’ing him, but to the officers that could be interpreted as paranoia and a clear threat towards others

So that’s the last piece they would need to detain him and bring him against his will for a 72hr hold and eval at a psych hospital

Had a trans f->m 16yr old client today who’s main stressor was frustration over “his” voice and being misgendered (accidentally) by the public

He was firm on wanting to be seen as cisgender male, wasn’t even interested in youth LGBT communities like 1 in 10 because he didn’t want to be seen as trans

He was pissed on how long it taking to get testosterone, and at one point said “I could just self-medicate yknow”. And when I asked about it, he said “steroids”

I wanted to be like “hey bro, you want me to hook you up with a UGL? I know a few legit ones” (UGL = underground lab lol). But I didn’t say it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

He has to meet a minimum number of therapy sessions before the therapist will write a note to an endocrinologist for hormone therapy. He definitely had a lot of boyish mannerisms and claimed to have a gf

Also hormones aren't going to save that soul. They need to learn to be comfortable with who they are regardless of the pitch and tenor of their voice!

Had a client today who supposedly has HIV, HepC, and Tuberculosis

When I asked the rehab staff that called about the Tuberculosis, they said “oh no don’t worry, he doesn’t have that active right now. He’s been around us and we’re fine”

I’m there thinking ok he’s only been there for 4 days but staff says they’re fine?

That is super sad. Person is straight up bertoxulous worshipper and is going to fucking die absolutely horrificly and endangers anyone who comes in contact.
