Especially doing the really tall mountains, conditioning can mean the difference between life and death

First day back in the gym after three weeks of holiday. Ouch.

Muh gainz! Zey are gone!
Muscle built and lost is much easier to put back on the second time, no worries

Muscle memory is real and confirmed by the science

Hot damn, that's an impressive Steinborn squat. I think the highest I've seen is 500 or 550 by some russian dude, but it was done with special bar with round weights, so it's easier to roll i think

yes, absolutely. then add all the technical skill you need to do a lot of these mountains safely (glacier travel, ice climbing, crevasse rescue, etc.) and there is no skimping out on physical fitness. i want to make sure that i have the power to rescue my partner (and them rescue me!) should we find ourselves in a very unfortunate situation. it keeps us both accountable.

Saw this pic on FB

Looks like surgery on the nipples, a common practice amongst fitness influencers who want to abuse PED’s without worrying about estrogen conversion. Can’t develop gynecomastia if you don’t have the glands there anymore

However, having too much estrogen causes other problems aside from just visible gyno. So I personally think it’s a bad idea to think just because you had the glands removed there you can go hog wild with PED’s

Also a bad idea to be a fake fuckin natty like The Rock remains. His work ethic is undeniable, and it’s true that 99% of people on the same drugs as him wouldn’t work as hard or look as good. But still, he is deceiving the gullible

Tried to let the pony gallop tonight but 2 miles in started to feel a bit sick, didn’t want this muggy fucking heat to get on top of me so I pulled back on the bridle

Performance suffered. Only 4,000+ more calories to burn before Salt River Tubing trip Sunday
