Shralok Pack lore status

I honestly was not looking for this when I found it...

This claims:
"Though flagged as PENDING LORE, the Shralok Pack never became a LORE item. It is and always will be safe to carry multiple Shralok Packs on your character.
EQLive 2002/11/19 Patch Notes "Removed the "Pending Lore" tag from the Shralok Pack. There is no current plan to make this into a lore item." "

Now refer to the Feb 21, 2001 patch (velious era) here:
This states: The Shralok Pack is now LORE. It was set to pending-lore some time
ago.

Looking in the Allakhazam EQ patch history, there wasn't a patch on 2002-11-19. Attempting to give the benefit of the doubt, I also checked in late 2001 patches and there was none there for 11-19 either (nor anything referring to the removal of the pending-lore status of the pack).

Cause people can edit wiki willy nilly and didnt want to lose shralok sales

It does not appear to be lore on live. So unless they made it lore and then reversed that decision at some point, I don't see it ever becoming lore here.

It was clearly planned to put them lore but I am certain that when they noticed the 30k bag to delete and the matching petitions they never did it...

Nope loramin, it never went lore on live, it's supposed to stay pending lore... Unsure when they completely removed the whole pending lore on this... You have to remember that they wouldn't roll such change on paying customer on live...

Ah. I misunderstood and thought it was LORE here.

Pending lore was just added by the GMs on live to increase Shralok pack sales...clearly the GMs were in on the Shralok sales business..

"Oh man, these are going to be lore! Better sell them all!"
