Default Question about IP Exemption

I don't know if this is the right forum section, but i have an ip exemption for me, my, brother and friend. I had it setup so if my friend ever comes over we can all group together. My question is if the ip exemption is only for my house. Me, my bro, and friend are going out of town and staying at the same hotel, could we all play on laptops together at a different location other then my house ?

No, the IP exemption is not "specific" to your house's Internet. You should have no issues enjoying your LAN party at the hotel, though I do suggest giving the hotel's Internet connection a solid "test" of sorts before playing any characters wherein EXP loss would be meaningful. Hotel wifi can be spotty

P99 uses so little data that if the wifi is garbage at your hotel you can probably tether to your phones connection and be fine.

How can I go about getting an exemption for my wife? I want her to try the game with me.

Thanks in advance!
