Just began my first character here in p99, after about a 12 year absence. I stopped after Luclin, originally.
I reached level 2 (HE RNG) and decided to exit and get the low downs. Any advice on Practice Points? I was thinking of dumping in Archery (I plan on doing a LOT of root/shoot), but need to make a Hickery Bow / arrows first. Kits are a plat, plus a few more gold for mats. Any Quest recommendations for Surefall/Qeynos? I am saving Bone chips for Necros, anything else? Thanks
