When an oil truck crashes it doesnt spill 10s of thousands to millions of gallons of oil, which is nice.

https://www.nrdc.org/experts/anthony...-sands-diluted

Over the last year we’ve had many recent indications of the risks of tar sands diluted bitumen pipelines – an 840,000 gallon spill in Michigan, a 250,000 gallon spill outside Chicago, a 1.3 million gallon spill in Alberta, as well as our recent report examining the safety of tar sands pipelines. On May 7, the Keystone tar sands pipeline provided yet another warning when it spilled approximately 21,000 gallons of crude in North Dakota.

but you know what I want to know, is this pipeline already there with/or without the keystone XL? the XL is just a shorter one? I suppose an argument could be made to protect montana's wildlife, considering it seems like this pipeline is just being made by canadians who are trying to get the majority out of their country and put it in ours haha

the question is does the production of gas and its use in modern trucking engines exceed oil spilled directly into our cleanest areas of our country. Idk, do you, dingus?

Does that gas come from tar sands oil? or from cleaner places?

Will those trucks be electric in 20 years?

idk, do you know the answers to all these questions mr upset? Why is the XL pipe so important to you anyway? Jobs? how many more jobs do you get from trucking over a metal pipe in the ground?

Until they solve the issue of using wind power in areas where wind power can’t be harnessed it’s not good. Wind power will be a joke in 50 years.

Nuclear is again the answer. Don’t build nukes on fault lines and upgrade and keep them up to date and you’re fine.

Nuclear power is without a doubt the answer.
Accurate. Too bad "environmentalists" in the 60s somehow averted our acting on this. Not sure why people don't know it yet.

The correct answer is to never use technology. Become monks. Because everything outside of doing nothing is bad.
