If you're talking EFFICIENCY - then the best path is the one with the least amount of effort/distance/chance of "camps" being taken.

Travel less, look less, explore less, fight mobs more

Also Najena was mentioned a few times - in my experience Najena has too many casters that make things not fun. Specifically damage shields on the goblins are a fucking nightmare

Najena is not bad if you stick to things that aren't magicians or necromancers. If you are killing mobs fast you won't have enough mobs though.

Splitpaw for the 30-40 range. Needs a group of decent players for sure. It's a fun zone and its also challenging - and as such, I rarely see more than one group in there!
