can't log into blue, says there is a problem with spells_us.txt or something. Need to log my mules in to keep from being wiped so what's going on here?
What file are you using for blue?

If I put in 50d I can play Blue & not Green (DSETUP.DLL message)
If I remove & replace with 50f I can play Green but not Blue (spells_us.txt message)
I tried creating 2 folders & still can only play 1 or the other

Sounds like you need to make another shortcut as well. Make sure they both point to different folders.

I patched this and log in for a couple mins, then had to go to work. I come back now I can't log into green, blue or red. What up with that?

Blue is currently on 50d and green is on 50g. 50f will not work for either server.
