May I ask you to look into the Bo Staff of Trorsmang?

When looking into the note on the P99 wiki about the change, there is some evidence it was changed in the final patch before Luclin, but was not included in the recent patch for P99.

It appears it was originally added to P99 in Kunark in it's beefed up form, and was later corrected according to this ancient closed thread from July 2012 about the Blackstone Maul:

Since it was changed on live, seemingly with the last patch before Luclin, is this something that can/will be upgraded on P99 as well?
