Spells: Brusco's Boastful Bellow Not Interrupting..?

Hello,

Seems to me that Brusco's Boastful Bellow is not delivering it's "Interrupt Casting" effect.

Perhaps I've been doing it wrong, or experiencing bizarre and persistent connection problems, or getting resists and not knowing it - but I think there's a problem.

And perhaps other people have experience the same thing.

My experience on bard has been BBB interrupts PCs, not NPCs. For NPCs, you need mez. Haven't played live in forever - might be an EQemu thing?
