I will admit that when a quake happens, its funny seeing many newish players in newb zones going, "WTF WAS THAT?!?!?!"

I don't want to get into all of the post but I am definitely having a blast with all the quakes!

I seem to be alone in this, but I really don't care much for Quakes. Every Quake this sentiment grows. I didn't even show up for most of the second one.
I kinda miss the old way of a 24-48 period of intense races and inter-guild teamwork, followed by a week of light impact stuff like VS/Trak/Vindi. Quakes are exciting until they aren't. Then I see my screen shake and I think sigh now I have to raid for many hours, deal with guilds on top of each other and various drama. I do like that it allows other guilds to get kills. But FTE races and lockouts would accomplish too. (aka - the old system.) Could be worse though.

I think I'm alone in this, but the more quakes that happen, the less I like them. I see my screen shake and think oh boy, hours of raiding and drama. It's cool that it lets other guilds get mobs, but so would fixing raid rules.
