Red to blue character transfer.

Transfer characters but: (1) can never un-flag pvp; (2) force a language that only other PVP characters can speak/understand.

I'm not really serious but it would be interesting to see pvpers running around, and normal blue characters could join in (and then retreat) via priest of discord/order. Could then shut down red and give new blue characters the option to be red/perma-pvp on character creation (can give em the xp bonus if they do). I dont think the xp bonus on red really matters otherwise.

Transfer all reds to blue, anything under level ten that hasn't been logged in this year is wiped.

Make red a new green/vanilla/classic only timeline teams PvP server to draw all the red-fugees off of green's population.

With years of Chardok AoE it was probably easier to level to 60 on Blue with no XP group bonus than it was on Red with the 500% increased experience. Don't see why merging red and blue would be a bad idea

The staff don't want the headache of dealing with transfers. And the code isn't already in place. The focus is green atm.
