This spell dropped in Plane of Growth tonight and is listed as a level 43 spell. This should be a level 39 spell as no spells were on off levels like that in classic.

Great Divide Portal: 36 --> 44
Wakening Lands Portal: 42 --> 44
Cobalt Scar Portal: 43 --> 44
Iceclad Gate: 32 --> 34

Fixed to these values, pending update. Great Divide Portal goes to 39 a few months down the road.
