Default Levitate buff can be stacked.

This is levitate cast from Pegasus Feather Cloak as well as regular druid or wizard Levitate being cast on one person. These two spells both list as "Levitate" in the buff bar but in different slots.

Levitate from Pegasus Cloak + DMF share same slot lev
Levitate spell is another one.

This is classic. In Siren's Grotto a player could zone in with both buffs on, and the zone would only strip the first levitate, allowing you to keep another levitate buff and Lev in a no lev zone. See here - http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...light=LEVITATE

In classic probably, yes.

On P99 it 100% will not. Our code to strip levitate on zoning I'm sure removes all, not the first.
