Prompt - send usage stats to SOE

I click 'i agree' to send usage and computer stats to SOE after creating my character and camping out of green server.
Then my client crashed.

1) will this cause issues with P99 if I agree to send usage to SOE?
2) how can I change my choice to 'i disagree' to send usage and computer stats to SOE?

That prompt is no longer linked to a valid address to send anything to (SOE has been defunct, and DBG/Darkpaw doesn't have the power to retroactively adjust the address that 20ish year old software points to by default). As a result, clicking 'Agree' in the prompt doesn't really do anything and your information isn't being sent anywhere.
