Duxa UI target name in snow

Is ther a good say to have your targets name show up better when in snow? White text with snow doesn't work

i struggled with this for awhile, the solution i figured out was to create a new chat box solid black and assign no chat filters to it so it will be always empty. resize it to just larger than the target box drag chat box to where you want your target displayed, drag target on top of the box. now you'll be able to see it because its white text on black background.

Thanks I was thinking about putting it over the top of something but not an empty chat window. A perfect solution

hate to bump such an old thread, but there's a working target box in the duxaui files that is disabled by default for some reason

rename this file to anything (or move it) as a backup: %EQ FOLDER%\uifiles\duxaui\EQUI_TargetWindow.xml

then rename this file: %EQ FOLDER%\uifiles\duxaui\EQUI_TargetWindow.bak.xml to: EQUI_TargetWindow.xml (removing the .bak part)

then restart your game (or possibly just type /load duxaui)

you should have a nice target window like this:
