Help with Black Dire on Green

Hey pals

Anyone out there who can solo this guy that's willing to help me bag this hooker over on Green?

Not terribly threatening to a Velious geared melee. The hardest part is the timing because he's constantly getting unintentionally spawned and only up for a 35 minute window.
