IP temporarily blocked

I'm not sure why, I'm getting this error message when trying to log in. I've restarted my router, computer and am also the only one trying to access the game in my household. Unsure of why im getting this message. Any help would be appreciated

EDIT: I am able to log into Blue server just fine, Green server i cannot access
