I almost feel like there was a backlash of terrible names which made things even worse.
I don't blame the staff for not wanting to deal with the headache these kind of people can create when confronted. P99 needs a legit bottom of the pyramid customer service center so they get all the crap and the people higher up don't have to deal with it. Until then Pras the guides and staff!
