Enchanter researched spells

Hi all was posting here to hopefully find someone that has a spell i can buy from them. Looking for the lvl 16 enchanter aoe mez mesmerization. Or the pages needed to research it. Any help would be appreciated!

If you look around the merchants in the areas where those people level you often find those spells. I suggest the merchants in east karana.

Yes, that's what Nuggie meant. Pg. 26 is really easy to find on vendors. I think one spot I've found both sides is that dwarf merchant in LOIO's windmill.

Yea, players sell items to the merchants. and the merchants will display the first 10-20 items sold to them after a server reset(that wipes vendor inventories and resets to default).
