Default Post response ?

Hello, I just wanted to ask if anyone know what normal answer time from staff on forum is ?
I wrote a petetion 1 week ago and got an answer within 24 hours wich I think is perfekt :-)
I wrote back right after and a second time 2 days after. Now a week after I still dont got an answer to my second question.

So my question is, is it normal to expect 7 days or longer for response, or can could it be that my case is closed without me knowing, and I then have to write a new petetion?

I am asking here, because I dont wanna step anyone over there toes, since I know everyone here are doing it voluntarily, so we all can have a great experience.

They do petitions in batches. It could be 30 mins or it would be 10 days, depending on if you posted right before or after a batch.

It was at this point I decided to no longer be kind to the casuals as they have extreme short term memory. They did this to themselves, unfortunately.
