Default Bind Wound on Warriors not going past 100

I noticed (lvl 32) that my bind wound hasn't gone up for a longgg time.

After consulting with a level 50 warrior, apparently he hasn't either!! Capping at 100!!

But according to the wiki, it should be 175 for warriors at 50?

https://wiki.project1999.com/warrior#Combat_Skills

So, it seems like warriors have casters bind wound cap (100) as a bug?

After further investigation, seems rogues are capped at 100 too (talked to a level 50 rogue and he is stuck also).

Monks are able to past 100 though (level 50 monk told me he is at 160 right now)

So warriors / rogues seemed bugged?

On green rogues/warriors are capped at 100 til 51 for a long time. Eventually (velious?) the cap at 50 changes to 200, scaling by level.

Classic.

People discussing the low Warrior bind wound cap in Jan 2000, as stated above it didn't change for a long time.
