Finally got it to work. For some reason some of the files from the p99 v33 patch were not actually replacing the files so I went back and did each one ONE BY ONE lol.

I finally got it to work. For some reason some of the patch files were not replacing the other files and I realized this by manually deleting each file and replacing it separately.

I got it to work, took some time but I did each one manually for the update files and found 2 files that weren't updating properly.
