UI GLITCH_ soo annoying and detrimental to fun :o(

Alright so my UI will dissappear on me, its weird its like if i run so close to a wall (not this specifically consistently) it will completley dissappear. To fix it i will have to back up or look up at the sky, if i goto third person and zoom out it will stay steady but if zoom out too far it dissappears again. I think the velious UI might hhelp this a little bit. I had this problem on live and theres some command i incorporated into my backstab hotkey that fixed it and made it show up solid, it was like /reset or something but i know thats not right.

IF anyone has any ideas abotu this UI dissappearing or flickering (it does flicker but not hardly at all) plese let me know, ( i think it could have something to do with the names above npcs and peoples heads im not sure, anyways thanks in advance your help ALSO: I cannot seeanything at the character screen period as far as user interface, i had to have my friend create mycharacters for me so this is something ive BEEN dealing with, thanks

EDIT:im in unrest and if i keep my head down and dont look into wide open spaces i can see my ui, but im on the main path i look toward the building and look at the whole zone my ui disappears, very weird, this seems to be the case like looking at wide open spaces idk, thnks guys appreciated.

Never seen this before. Can you post some Video or screenshots? Im fairly decent with XML, I could look into this. Also, What UI are you using? Default or custom?

if you played eq from 99 you know what the west bug is anytime you look west your screen turns black and it just gets worse and worse

yea from what I heard it mostly affected AMD Processors.
