Spells: Description

Hi

I have installed EQ titanium and the last version of EQmu manager.
Eq runs correctly but i don't Have the description's spell.
I have read the FAQ and i have installed latest patch (P1999).

How To solve this problem ?

Spell descriptions didn't exist in classic.
