NPC Spawn Issue: [Teal] Item out of era, Phinigel Autropos gaurds.

Hi guys, My guild (Kingdom) is currently in kedge, after taking down Phinny we were killing Swirlspine Gaurdians and Swirlspine seahorses.

We got a very peculiar item which when searched for yields zero results. we submit to you,

Part of Zeannor's Thesis Pg. 12, dropped from a Swirlspine Guardian. Thank you. I will have the guild hold the item in question
