That the VZTZ Test will be coming to a close on Wednesday, July 13. We plan to reopen the server within two months. Please post your feedback to http://tes.dyndns-server.com/vztz

Not really... people hitting 50 in 1 day, vs pvp and contention for weeks while people level. Promotes a different type of community and time for people to get involved / know others.

I dunno man, I think the live exp rate is one of the best things the Project 1999 server has going for it.

We need R99... but this is a decent stop-gap measure. Nothing more.
