Ironically, no, the plans in my area do not really. Most people still don't have it and the government / state also end up eating a lot of the costs because Obama care doesn't really care.

Also the institutionalized programs can't legally hold people who are nuts / dangerous, just give them a 3 day time out. The hope is to get them charged with something and into the prison system.

Also I am in this really shitty gray area between medicaid and VA bennies. Obama care is way outside of my reach.

None of it is helpful.
