Someone cares, obviously, otherwise the the GM's wouldn't be in the UN trying to force handouts to guilds that can't or won't compete with a model that they came up with.

Riot leadership makes an effort to play by the rules and offers concessions when we screw up, without fail and without stalling.

They also don't go for certain targets to allow other guilds breaking into tov to have opportunities. All it takes is leadership from another guild, which doesn't train the hell out of Riot all the time, to ping leadership in Riot and agreements are made or targets ignored for the sake of that other guild to have some enjoyment. The overwhelming majority of Riot are completely acceptable to this.

If there is even the slightest hint of impropriety, Riot concedes the target and moves on.

How about GM's make a new rule that Riot splits all loot with the petitionfest whiner guilds that actually do the things Riot is accused of?

Why would there be concessions when these new raid rules were never posted? Also, the new raid changes that were discussed in this underground chat never said anything about pull assists going past the line after a spawn right? Confused what the issue is here. I'm guessing Riot leveraged a "conceded" Statue they never actually had FTE on for some King Tormaxs?

Well the point is your guild caused your alliance to forfeit two mobs for two weeks. The idea is your officers were aware of the issue and still killed the mobs and took 4-5 days to write the concedes, the old concede the mob at 10% "detoxx's MO" doesn't go with fourus kill the mob in front of us and concede two later. The issue is inside your alliance it seems not outside.
